For Baselworld 2018, GaGà Milano will present two precious models: MANUALE 48MM SKULLPTURE and MANUALE 48MM SKELETON. The Italian craftsmanship and Swiss manufacturing movements combine the beauty of precious stones with the most sophisticated watchmaking precision and technology. Two timepieces of strong personality which perfectly mirror the spirit of the brand. SKELETON 48MM GOLD The beauty of the manual movement, perfectly visible from the smallest details thanks to the squelette dial, is enhanced by white diamonds set on a rose gold case, which embellish the watch. On the dial, the hands mark the time with Arabic numerals in appliques in rose gold and diamonds, which also adorn the buckle. The leather strap is handmade in Italy. SKULLPTURE 48MM GOLD Available in rose gold and yellow gold, Manuale 48MM SKULLPTURE recalls the ancient culture of the skull, with a hint at the world of tattoos. The hand-wound Swiss Made mechanical movement is enclosed in a finely hand-chiselled 48MM case and treated with black ink to accentuate the decor. Precious diamonds, brown ones for the yellow gold version and black ones for the pink gold version, on the black enamel dial illuminate the eyes of the skull, magnifying the incisions and punctuating the indexes. An Italian handmade leather strap completes the model.

GaGà Milano has entered the Brazilian market with a branch for the distribution of its watches. As well as for commercial reasons, the choice of Brazil originates from the brand’s partnership with Neymar, star player of the national team, who shares with GaGà Milano a strong affinity of taste and style that led to the signing of an important sponsorship contract. The distribution was launched at the beginning of January with e-commerce sale, through the website. The first single-brand boutique will soon be opened in São Paulo in Rua Oscar Freire, the most luxurious and chic area of the city, as well as one of the most exclusive shopping streets in the world. Furthermore, the best watchmaking and jewellery shops in Brazil will also sell GaGà Milano watches.

GaGà Milano was introduced to the UK earlier this year by distributor Argento Fine Products. Argento has a track record of picking winners, having successfully introduced Frederique Constant and Alpina to the UK before they were both taken in house by new owner Citizen. GaGà Milano has secured placement with two award-winning luxury jewellers: Harrington & Hallworth in Manchester and Lumbers Jewellers in Leicester, which will give other independents and multiples confidence to invest in the emerging brand. In an era when we are bombarded with bold and brash marketing throughout our daily lives, GaGà Milano has the potential to cut through thanks to its uniquely ballsy timepieces. Speaking of ballsy, Brazilian superstar footballer Neymar is one of GaGà’s biggest fans, and happily shares images of his latest watches across his social media feeds.
